Shipping, Returns & Policies

Earn Shoppe Points

  • Earn points with every purchase you make to trade in for discounts on your next order 
  • Every $1 spent before tax and shipping earns 10 points. When you reach 2000 points redeem your points for $5 Off your next purchase or for select products! Allow 3-5 days for points to become active in your account.
  • Maximum points redemption is $25 per purchase
  • Check your account for additional ways to earn more points!
  • Any returned items result in points being returned as well.

Promotions & Contests 

  • A Gift for You Promo Gift Cards issued from July 12th to 28th are valid for use until July 29th Aug 31st, 2024. 
  • A Gift for You Promo Gift Cards Max amount of gift card earned per purchase is $25, and can be redeemed on purchases of $50 or more.
  • Promotional Gift cards are issued 7 Days after Purchase.
  • Gift Cards cannot be applied to purchases already made. 
  • Product returned that was part of a gift card giveaway promotion, will result in gift cards cancelled. 
  • If product is returned and promotional gift cards have been used, the balance of the gift cards will be deducted from the refund.
  • Promotions cannot be stacked on other sale prices or discounts.
  • Promotional gift cards have expiration dates and restrictions that we may change from promotion to promotion. We reserve the right to refuse promotional gift cards once the promotion they were given for has ended.
  • Storewide promotional discounts do not apply to custom listings.  
    Gift Cards
    • Purchased Gift Cards have no expiry. 
    • Returns from purchases made by gift cards are returned back to the gift card.
    • Purchases of a Gift Card are non-refundable.
    • Gift Cards are emailed to you at the time of purchase with a code that only you as the purchaser have. This code can be used in store or online.
    • To use your Gift Card in store you must provide us with the gift card code.  
    • If you cannot find your email with your gift card code please contact us to resend it to you. 
    Free pick up in store at Southlands Vancouver
    • Free In Store Pick up. By choosing Free In Store Pick up you agree to pick up your order at our Vancouver location within 5 days of receiving a notice your order is ready for pick up. Please contact us to let us know if you need more time to pick it up. Allow 2 business days for item to be ready for pick up from the date of purchase. To pick up sooner please call or email us to find out if your purchase is available immediately at your desired location.
    • Pick up orders must be picked up within 5 days  of receiving a notice your order is ready for pick up. Any order not picked up in this time frame may be refunded and a 20% Fee will be deducted from your refund.
    • 7 Day Return or 10 day exchange policy applies to the day you pick up your order which must be picked up within the pick up time window.
    Payment Policy

    You agree to pay the price applicable for the merchandise in your order as of the time you submitted your order ("Merchandise Price"), the delivery fees for the shipping service you select ("Shipping Fees"), and any applicable taxes. The Carrington Shoppe will automatically bill your credit card submitted as part of the order process for such amounts and you hereby authorize us to do so.

    We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline or cancel your order (in whole or in part) for any reason. We may require additional verifications of information before accepting any order. Your order is not accepted until it is shipped. If we cancel all or a part of your order, your sole and exclusive remedy is either that (a) we will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount charged for the cancelled portion (if your credit card has already been charged for the order) or (b) we will not charge your credit card for the cancelled portion of the order.

    Shipping

    Shipping and billing address must match or orders will be cancelled. 

    Shipping within Canada
    • The Carrington Shoppe offers shipping anywhere in Canada
    • All orders shipped within Canada are divided by Provinces. Please choose your correct Province. Orders with the incorrect shipping option chosen will not be shipped until the correct shipping charge is paid.
    • Some items are excluded from Free Shipping or require an additional charge. 
    • Helmets are not included in Free Shipping and require an additional charge for shipping in BC. 
    Flat Rate Shipping costs by Province

    3. Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut - $40
    • During the Canada Post strike we will be shipping UPS or other alternative shipper carriers.
    • All items are shipped via Canada Post with tracking and insured shipping. Tracking is emailed to you once your package has been shipped. 
    • After packages are marked delivered by Canada post we are no longer responsible for the delivery being left at your address, if you are concerned about a package being left at your address you must request signature required on your order at the time of placing your order in the notes or by email.
    Shipping Time Frames
    • Estimated shipping time is 4 - 21 business days depending on location.
    • Handling time is 3-4 business days upon us receiving your order.
    • Taxes will be charged based on the provincial rate at your shipping address.
    • All prices are listed in Canadian dollars.
    • We ship out twice a week, orders placed between Wednesday after 5pm and before Friday 5pm ship on Tuesdays, Orders placed after Friday 5pm and before Wednesday 5pm will ship on Thursdays.
      We are working with less staff due to Covid-19 and there may be a circumstance a package is shipped a couple days later. Please bare with us as we try our best during this difficult time.

    Shipping to United States of America

    • The Carrington Shoppe offers shipping to the 48 continental States. 
    • Purchases $1 - $199 are charged a flat $25 shipping rate.
    • Purchases $200 - $299 are charged a flat $35 shipping 
    • Purchases $300 - $399 are charged a flat $45 shipping 
    • Purchases $400 - $499 are charged a flat $55 shipping 
    • Purchases $500 - $699 are charged a flat $75 shipping 
    • Purchases $700 - $999 are charged a flat rate of $100 shipping
    • Free shipping on all purchases over $1500 to the 48 continental States.
    • We ship by Canada post to the States.
    • Estimated total shipping time from receiving your order online to arrival is 7 - 28 business days depending on your location. We cannot account for time packages take to process through customs or delays in various states due to Covid-19 delays.
    • We are not responsible for foreign duties or taxes imposed / charged by your country if you are ordering or request us to ship outside of Canada.

    • We Do Not accept returns on Helmets, Shampoos, Sprays, Bottled Products, Face Masks or Food Goods for safety reasons. 
    • Helmets purchased online for in store pick up may be exchanged for a different size or refunded provided the helmet does not leave the store.
    • We do not accept returns on custom order tall boots, half chaps or helmets.
    • Christmas Return Terms: Items that fall under our normal return policies, that were bought as a Christmas Gift, between December 1st to 24th may be exchanged or returned until Jan 5th, 2023.
    • Regular items purchased in store are refundable within 7 days from purchase, within 14 days can be returned for store credit. After 14 days all items are final sale. Items purchased online are refundable within 7 days of delivery or can be returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in new condition with all tags attached and with original receipt to receive return. Items without a receipt will not be accepted. Items returned in any other condition besides new and with tags will not be accepted.
    • Refunds for online orders are given once items have been received back and processed.
    • Sale items 25% off or higher are Final Sale.
    • Buyer must pay return shipping and must ship with tracking and insurance applicable to the item being shipped. If the package is lost or we do not receive it and there was no tracking or insurance we cannot issue a refund. 
    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • Mailing back an item for exchange; the actual shipping must be paid for us to mail out the exchanged product.
    • Return packages must be properly declared Return Merchandise for customs otherwise we are not responsible for any duty, taxes or handling charges that may occur from errors in declaring when crossing the border, this amount will be deducted from a refund.
    • Used blankets being returned as defective must be washed before returning.
    • Any duty or customs accumulated on orders shipped to the US are not reimbursed in returns.
    • Orders in transit or processed for transit cannot be cancelled.
    • Cancelled Online or In-Store Orders are subject to a 15% Cancelation fee. 
    • Online Only or Special Orders can only be cancelled if they exceed the projected order time by 4 weeks and are not yet in transit. This does not apply to custom tall boots, half chaps or helmets if they are already in production with the supplier. 
    • If a product has a defect it may be returned if it falls within the return window if it has not been used and tags still attached. If the product falls out of the return window or has been used we will work with the customer to contact the manufacturer/ brand and follow their protocols for replacing defective product.
